I love to start my day off with lemon water first thing in the morning, and sometimes even throughout the day. It has so any different health benefits, and it definitely adds some flavor to your water! I very much prefer to make my lemon water with fresh sliced lemons, but if I don't have any on hand, I'll also use lemon juice, which I almost always have. I drink this before anything else every single morning, and it seriously helps in kick starting my day! When I drink this throughout the day, it's normally because I really need to drink more water, but want something with more flavor.
