Favorite Moisturizers...

So obviously if you guys have read any of my blog posts, you'll know that I love Aveeno Products. Especially their Active Naturals products, but I also love lots of other moisturizers and lotions. I've purchased all of these products more than once, and I absolutely love all of them. I definitely have other favorite Moisturizers, but I wanted to pick a select few that I always have on hand. Hope you enjoy!

Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion

I keep this Moisturizer on hand at all times, even though I do occasionally switch to other moisturizers. I always keep this in our guest bathroom, and I keep a smaller bottle in my bathroom. This stuff works great for babies too, and has never caused an issue for Skye when I run out of her moisturizers. I have pretty sensitive skin as well, so I definitely recommend this to anyone with really dry and sensitive skin.
Palmer's Cocoa Butter

This stuff was amazing during my pregnancy, my whole body was so ridiculously dry, and this stuff worked wonders for my super dry and cracked legs. I love the way cocoa butter smells, and one of my favorite times to use it was after I did a body scrub. Cocoa butter is so hydrating, and I never feel the need to reapply multiple times throughout the day.

Bio Oil

During my pregnancy I developed a ton of stretch marks. I didn't start using this until after I was already in my third trimester and had already gotten a ton of stretch marks, but this is making a huge difference in lightening the stretch marks. I still use this everyday, and I really wish that I had started using this in the begging on my pregnancy. If you are pregnant, or just had your baby, I highly recommend investing in some of this. Aveeno Ultra Calming Night Cream

I have extremely dry and sensitive skin, and I love how this helps moisturize my face. I don't only use this at night either, if I know I wont be going outside that day, I'll use this as a daytime moisturizer. This also soothes my sensitive skin, since it is so dry.

Aveeno Daily Moisturizer with SPF 15

On days that I know I will be going outside, I always make sure to use a moisturizer  on my face that has some sort of SPF. This is one of my favorites. I also really like to use this under my foundation as a primer, especially when the foundation breaks up around my really dry spots.

Here We Go...

Since having my daughter I've realized that not only are the "Essential Baby Products" not always essential, but half the time they are a big waste of money. My essentials aren't always going to be your essentials. My tips won't always work for you, heck you might even think my tips or tricks suck. My Goals For 2019..

2018 was an especially rough year for our family. We struggled financially, our marriage almost fell apart, we moved across the country, and had too many deaths in our family. there were many tears shed, and I would never want to go through last year again. I'm starting 2019 with a positive mindset; and really striving this year to reach my goals. This is the year I don't want to have an anxiety attack everyday about paying a phone bill or car payment on time. •Have a healthy baby girl. Our newest addition to our family is coming in just two short months! I cannot believe how quickly this pregnancy has gone by. We do have a first name for her already, but haven't settled on a middle name. Once we figure that out we will announce her name! •Potty train Skye.
