Dyson V6 Cordless Vacuum Review

Image
Recently Andrew and I bought a Dyson V6 cordless vacuum, because we have been needing a new vacuum for a couple years now. I had looked at a bunch of different vacuums, and read reviews, watched YouTube videos on them, etc. I decided to give Dyson a chance, and went with a cheaper model, and I love it! I 100% love this vacuum! it pull up so much dirt and dog hair that has settled into the carpet!  I even vacuumed with our old vacuum, and then went over it again with our Dyson and the amount of dirt and hair it pulled up was crazy! It really gets down into the carpet to get everything!  The only complaint I have is the runtime, we went with the one that only has a twenty minute runtime. Which really isn't too big of a problem, as long as I don't try to vacuum the house, and then the car right after. I do wish it would run on the max setting for longer than four minutes though. I feel like if I used the max setting, I would only have to vacuum the high traffic areas o...

VTech Sit-To-Stand Learning Walker Review

Image
We bought the VTech Sit-To-Stand Learning Walker for Skye a couple months ago, and to be honest I was really iffy on whether or not I wanted to purchase it. We bought it from Target, and now I really wish we had gotten the Walker from Amazon, because it's SO much cheaper on there. We paid around $38.00 for it, and I found it on Amazon for $29.88! I've included a link to the one I purchased below! VTech Sit-to-Stand Learning Walker (Frustration Free Packaging)   Here are all of my likes and dislikes on the Vtech Sit-To-Stand Learning Walker! Likes: It has locking wheels, which makes it so that your little bean doesn't go flying off way faster than they're ready for.  It has volume settings, while it doesn't make a huge difference, it does make it a little easier to think. You can pull the toy part off of the physical walker, so that baby can sit on the floor and play safely, while you run away to finish your already cold cup of coffee.  Skye loves it! I...

2018 New Year's Resolutions

Every year I make a resolution, and every year I break those resolutions after a few short months. This year, I've decided to give myself some more realistic goals. This year, I will be able to stick to them. I have a lot of things I want to work on in 2018, but I have five main things I really need to accomplish. Keep in mind these are things I will have to continually work on my entire life, but I want to make the change this year. The major thought to keep in mind about New Year's resolutions, is that come January 1st, you don't have to be perfect at your resolution. You just need to start the change, and come the next year be able to say it made an impact in your life. These are my 2018 New Year's Resolutions! 1.) Hike More.  This one is super important to me, which might seem odd, but let explain. Andrew has always loved to be outside, whether that be camping, hiking, fishing, or even just hanging out with friends and family on the back deck. When I became pr...

Postpartum Essentials, After Baby Essentials

Image
Sorry for the HUGE break I took the last few weeks! I just started working again, and I'm also taking a couple college courses, so my plate has been super full with all of that, plus being a mom and a wife! I'm almost finished with my classes, so hopefully soon we will be getting on a better schedule. Thanks for hanging on tight with me along this crazy adventure! Also, each picture is a link to buy the product! Using my link helps support my blog, and all of our adventures! Everyone always tells you what you'll need for baby, but no one (other than my mom) warned me about the postpartum process. To be 100% honest, the postpartum process is so much harder than I ever thought. While it is all so beyond worth it, it's still really rough. These are my postpartum essentials, and by no means is this absolutely everything, but these are the major things that I basically wouldn't have survived without. If you have any other postpartum essentials that you think should ...
